We are located just west of Sherwood Park off the Sherwood Park Freeway and 50 Street.

FROM SHERWOOD PARK | Head west on the Sherwood Park Freeway. Take the 34th Street exit and head south. Turn right (west) at 78th Avenue. Follow the road about 10 blocks. We are located on the left hand side.

FROM SOUTH EDMONTON | Head east on Whitemud Drive. Take the 50th Street Exit North. Turn right (east) on 76 Avenue. Turn left (north) on 44 A Street. Follow the road around and we are on the right hand side.

FROM NORTH EDMONTON | Head east on 82 Avenue. Take the 50th Street Exit South. Turn left (east) on 76 Avenue. Turn left (north) on 44a Street. Follow the road around and we are on the right hand side.

TRAINING HOURS (as per Training Schedule, available as a PDF here)

Early training classes begin at 6:30PM and end at 7:30PM. Late training classes begin at 8:00PM and end at 9:00PM.
